Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Items will be shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 2 weeks days for delivery.

RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

All discounted/ sale items are final sale.  

If an item is FINAL SALE, returns and exchanges are not permitted unless the item is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (the confirmation email will suffice).

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund minus all shipping fees and cost of the return label will be provided.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

You may do either one of the following: 

A.) Use your own label. Please include the order confirmation as your receipt/proof of purchase. If you do not include this, we will not be able to process your return and you will not be refunded. We recommend getting tracking for your return.

B.) Use our label. Please reach out to shopbutterskincare@gmail.com to request a pre-paid label. Please include your order number and the name on the order when requesting a return. Please note, all shipping fees and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
